Help me build a better frownie!

Creative crafting filter: I want to combat my frown lines by making a stick-on splint for my forehead-- something like a frownie, but reusable and easier to remove (in the way, say, a post-it is). What adhesives/plastics/gels (or other, hackable, toy/household items) might be sticky enough to adhere firmly to my face, but unsticky enough to peel off gently when I'm done?

I tend to squint and frown when I'm concentrating-- so, while reading, using the computer, driving, etc. I've had great luck
with Frownies (which are, basically, stiff square paper labels you moisten and stick to your forehead, to prevent you from frowning), but they're so difficult to remove once the adhesive dries that it's basically only practical to wear them overnight.

I'm looking to fashion a similar stick-on item which will remind my face not to frown, but which comes off easily and quickly, so I can pop it on and off during car trips, long reading sessions, etc. What can I use? Bonus points if the materials are (1)transparent/colorless, and/or (2) reusable without losing their stick.

Why not just stick a post-it on your head? It's just un-sticky enough to fall off when you start to furrow your brows, and having it fall off and into your lap would remind you to stop making angry eyes.

Seriously, just use Scotch tape. Comes off easily, cheap, and just strong enough to remind to to unwrinkle. My neighbor uses it while knitting, it works!

Band-aids? Maybe some kind of surgical tape? The adhesive would be made for skin and you could probably find it in clear.

Try the liquid bandaid stuff, I think it's called nu-skin or some variation on that spelling. It sticks pretty well to your skin and you can generally peel it of in one clean sheet if you are careful. It is also an antibiotic...

Plain old fabric first aid tape? Known not to irritate skin (usually); often tacky enough to re-use; thick enough to make frowning a problem, or if it's not you could glue a piece of popsicle stick to it.
