I would like a list of the times Michael Phelps' gold medal races will be shown on NBC (EST). I can't seem to find this information online, or even the events in which he's competing. I can't use NBC's Olympic site to watch video because I can't install Silverlight.

You may be able to use the CBC's coverage. Swimming finals and semi finals typically starts at 7:00pm PST.

Thanks mce. I can't seem to get that working (I'm on linux) and it may be blocked in the US. I'm happy to watch the events on TV, I'd just need to know when they'll be on.

Have you tried Moonlight, the Mono Project's version of Silverlight? (Which would run on Linux)

Here's the schedule, NBC shows them live in the Eastern and Central Time Zones.

According to that site, he has 3 finals left (All times ET):

08/14 10:48pm
200 m individual medley

08/15 10:10pm
100 m butterfly

08/16 10:58pm
4 x 100 m medley relay

Thanks XMLicious--I'll check that out. I'd still like to watch the events live and would like to know when Phelps is competing so I don't have to leave the TV on for four hours (which I assume is NBC's goal).

I think I read that Phelps does not plan to swim in the final of the 4x100 medley, giving his spot up to Crocker -- although he will earn a medal by virtue of swimming in the semis.
