What is this song I heard in my high school French class?

This was about 17 years ago so the memory is hazy. If I remember correctly, it was about 2 people (man and woman?, husband and wife?) who were falsely accused of spying and were executed. I want to say that their names were Nicol and Bart. In fact that is what I always remembered the title of the song to be, "Nicole et Bart" and it was written in morial to them, but I'm not getting any close hits with google. I think the main melody went something like this.

The first line of text started, "Maintenant, Nicole et Bart..." something something dans nos coeurs (into our hearts?) I think the recording was from the 60's or 70's.

It might be easy to find if I could remember the correct French spelling.
My French language skills have been pushed out of my brain and replaced by German. Typisch.
Nur ein Scherz!

Best answer: "Marche de Sacco et Vanzetti" by Georges Moustaki
it's about Ferdinando Nicola Sacco and Bartolomeo Vanzetti

I think that's a piece by ennio Morricone, written for the movie Sacco e Vanzetti, sung by Joan Baez. The French version is a cover. The main characters of the song are two men who were sentenced to death in the 20's.
