Quality film scanning service in Europe

I'm looking for a quality film scanning service in Europe (or at least that delivers to Europe). I'm in Iceland.

I want to scan around 30 APS films and around 25 35 mm film negatives at very high resolution. Most of the services I've tried in my home town deliver low quality scans.

I'm looking for a service that scans negatives at around 3.000 dpi.

My husband's area of expertise is in motion picture scanning, not still, but he still thinks you're probably best-served by calling digital service bureaus in London.

Mr. Scan offer 300 dpi scanning of 35mm & APS in the UK.
