Summer Fun, work style

Where to go on a summer company outing in NYC or its surrounding areas?
We are a group of about 20, ranging from early 20's to late 50's. We've done the baseball game thing and Dave & Busters. Have any good ideas? I pitch Gladiator games at the Chelsea Piers.... That didn't fly.

Don't know the size or price range for your folks, but my company did a summer outing on a glass boat a couple of year ago and it was a big success. Left from the Chelsea Piers and went down the the Statue of Liberty. We had a nice lunch buffet, and there was music and dancing. I think it was about 2 1/2 or 3 hours long. I thought it might be lame, but it ended up being fun.
