PopTheQuestion Filter: OK, I'm ready to propose and have an idea in mind, I would like to charter a small boat with driver to take us around the New York City Harbor, so I can propose in front of the Statue of Liberty or the likes... Any ideas how I can locate such a boat and driver (small boat wanted, not a yacht)

go to continuouswave.com register an account (free) post your request there, you'll find someone with a Boston Whaler willing to do this, probably for the price of the gas!

NY Boat Charter has a couple boats at 500 per hour or 750 for two hours.

You'd have to call Sail NYC for some prices.
