Used-Mac-Filter: Have you bought one from GainSaver?

Having reviewed this thread and that thread, I did not see GainSaver mentioned. Would like to hear from anyone who has bought from them.

I've had good experience with Apple refurbs in the past. GainSaver only offer a 30 day warranty, but their base prices and the ability to configure the machine online (adding memory, HD capacity, etc.) are tempting.

I haven't personally, but Reseller Ratings is always a good place to find out what's going on with a vendor. User reviews of GainSaver are here. It doesn't look like they're quite up to par with someone like Small Dog.

Thanks, I.E.Tapas -- didn't know about RR previously, and the reviews there for GS are not good.
