Is anyone out there on the net making good, full-length (ie. half an hour) cartoons in Flash?

Does it have to be on the net? "Home Movies" on the Cartoon Network is wonderfully funny. It has an improvisational aspect to it that makes it unpredicatable. It's not visually sophisticated though, if that's what you're looking for. In looking for links I found it might be cancelled. But the 1st season is on dvd.(It wasn't done in Flash until the 2nd or 3rd season.)

The Broken Saints series is lengthy, although "cartoon" probably doesn't describe it as well as "graphic novel."

I keep meaning to watch all of these but haven't found the time yet. They look cool.
