Recommended auto mechanic near Arlington, MA

Do you have a mechanic to recommend near Arlington, MA? My beloved old Volvo has a bunch of little issues that need addressing. I'm in Arlington Heights, but I will go a bit out of my way if anyone has someone reliable, reasonable and fairly timely to recommend.

My sister says "yes, but I have a caveat"

1. Skip at Ideal Engine [Davis Sq Somerville]
2. Frank at Jack's Gas on Mass Ave in Cambridge towards the Arlington line

BUT if you don't see FRANK at Jack's Gas they may overcharge you. Frank is a wonderful guy but other random people there are not, necessarily. Drop my sister's name if you want.

Jack's Gas @ 2535 Mass Ave, right over the border in Cambridge. Love that place. BTW, I found it through the Car Talk website mechanic files. Great resource.

I should say, I had a Toyota when I lived near there and used Jack. Not sure how he is with Volvos.

Ultima Ltd on Clematis Ave in Waltham (near Bentley College). They're top notch.

ABJ on Marshall St. in Somerville for all your Swedish car needs. They work on vintage to current models. Al is a character. I've been bringing a vintage saab there for about eight years.
