In vino veritas?

I've found an unusual (to me) item, and I'd like to know what it's called.

I'm going through a late relation's belongings at the behest of his wife and looking for things we might sell. I've come across something that I've never seen before: a silvery-looking metal disk, in a Christofle box. It has a smaller disk mounted on top of it. The rim of the larger disc has years demarcated, and you can turn the smaller disc to reveal the ratings and recommendations for various wines of each vintage.

I think it's a nifty (and beautiful) piece, but I have no idea what it's called. I've googled various combination of wine, disk, selector, and Christofle, but I've had no luck. What do you call this thing?

I've seen simiar items, not quite as classily presented. I've always seen it referred to as a tasting guide, or vintage reference. Your best bet might be contacting Christofle, including a pic, and seeing what they can tell you.
