Where can I find riveted canvas wrist cuffs?

I used to have a pair of canvas wrist cuffs with brass rivets in them. They were about an inch and a half wide, and snapped together. I think I found them at Wal-Mart, though I certainly haven't ever seen them in another Wal-Mart since.

I've looked everywhere I can think of for replacements, to no avail. Any suggestions as to where I might find such a product? I have pretty skinny wrists, so they'll need to be available in a small size.

Note: I'm not looking for bondage gear, just bracelets. I think the style is called 'cuff,' but I may be mistaken about that.

Something like this would be redorkulously easy to make. You can get canvas strapping and rivets and snaps and their respective setters at any craft store for cheap. You then get the benefit of being able to say, when someone complements your schnazzy bracelets, "Oh, you like them. I made them. I could make you a pair if you want".
