Where can I find a PDF to CHM converter for Windows?

Where can I find a XP or Vista compatible PDF to CHM converter? I have a number of ebooks and other documentation in bookmarked PDF format. This is ok, but I'd really prefer CHM.

I've downloaded the obvious looking stuff and taken it for a test drive. All formatting and fonts have been lost across a variety of different PDF files which has left me with something pretty unreadable.

I don't mind if it's paid software, but I'd appreciate a recommendation from someone who may have used a similar tool before. Is this a realistic dream?

Never used it. But found this via Google. $12.95 apparently.

Thanks, that's an alternative link to one of the ones I listed as tried. Not pretty.

I have a copy of RoboHelp. I'd be glad to convert it for you -- I'm not sure what happens to PDF bookmarks, but we can try. If you'd like, send me a MeFi mail.
