Who is that one guy from The Birdcage?

In this clip from The Birdcage, who is the guy (other than Nathan Lane) that Robin Williams is directing? I think it's Matthew Fox, but the Internet Movie Database disagrees. If not him, who?

In the clip Robin Williams calls the guy Celcius. IMdB sez it's Luca Tommassini.

Thank you all! I watched the clip 10 times and didn't hear Robin give the guy that name. And I didn't think to check the list of quotes either. I guess my searching skills got very rusty since I quit my job at the library.
