Who is that one guy from The Birdcage?

In this clip from The Birdcage, who is the guy (other than Nathan Lane) that Robin Williams is directing? I think it's Matthew Fox, but the Internet Movie Database disagrees. If not him, who?
From the voice I would say its him

Best answer: In the clip Robin Williams calls the guy Celcius. IMdB sez it's Luca Tommassini.

Response by poster: Thank you all! I watched the clip 10 times and didn't hear Robin give the guy that name. And I didn't think to check the list of quotes either. I guess my searching skills got very rusty since I quit my job at the library.
