Boston psychology related jobs: what is the best way to search for them?

A friend recently moved to Boston from Tunisia where she completed two Master's degrees in psychology. She is interested in workin in clinical psychology, in an academic setting, and doesn't mind an entry-level type position to start with. Are there any staffing agencies that could help her with this (or non-academic opportunities) in or around Boston? She has yet to obtain any licenses from the state.

I am no more knowledgeable than the two of you, but I suggest she contact local universities' psychology departments and ask for guidance. She may want to consider doing the same at hospitals. With a few phone calls she'll learn a lot because people who are already in the field will be able to tell her how it all works. (Even the receptionists at these offices can probably offer good advice about where she should look.)
