I got a really cool neoprene(ish) laptop bag at a conference and it's great except for the white logos painted all over it. Does anyone know of a way to remove those painted on logos without damaging the case?

Various tips on removing screen printing from google . I have used sugarcubes on harder plastics, but there are some suggestions for other abrasive methods in the googlinks.

You probably don't want to use abrasives on anything that resembles neoprene.

How about finding some kind of sew-on patch with something that looks nicer than the logo?

I've heard that using granulated sugar and rubbing gently can remove logos without scratching the finish, but I haven't tried it personally. Maybe one of those "magic eraser" sponge things?

Cover it up? Paint something over it, sew something on it, etc.
