Can you recommend mouse gesture software for Vista?

Can anyone recommend (free) mouse gesture software for improving productivity in Windows Vista?

I've become completely reliant on the wonderful firefox extension FireGestures to supercharge my mouse and let me fly around firefox at speed.

But I've gotten so used to it that now I find it frustrating that I can't back up through folders in windows explorer or switch tabs in the taskbar by a simple gesture...

I can see there is mouse gesture software for Vista via Google but has anyone had experience of these and is there one you would recommend?

I've never really used StrokeIt, but it does seem like your best bet. It was posted at Lifehacker. (just there in case you want to read the comments)
