Does anyone know how to create the Flash "books" that have turning page effects as shown here and here? I have seen the effect several places, leading me to hope there is a tutorial, sample file, or program that will generate this effect.

Here's an example that includes a couple different effects including page turns and tearing pages. A link to the source is on page 3.

funny, I was going to say that's pretty annoying... Oh well. Maybe click and have an animated page turn?
