Help me find a new hair spray!

Hair spray fanatics: Help me find an unscented, non-aerosol, max hold alternative to this Pantene hair spray.
I love this hair spray (Sheer Volume Outrageous Body Hairspray, Maximum Hold, Non-Aerosol) for its strong-but-not-sticky-or-flaky hold (the result of the specific polymers they use, I think) and the fact that it lasts all day, yet remains touchable where I want it to be (lighter touch on the nozzle) and stiff/curled where I want it to be (a couple extra spritzes). Unfortunately, I've learned that its strong scent is off-putting to several people close to me, so it's time for a change.
This is the next-closest thing Pantene offers, their only unscented, non-aerosol hair spray (Classic Unscented Hairspray, Flexible Hold, Non-Aerosol)—but unfortunately, its lighter level of hold just makes my super-fine hair go limp and greasy.
Any suggestions for an unscented, non-aerosol, non-sticky, non-flaky, max-hold alternative? Cheap hair sprays (the more readily available, the better) are great, as long as they meet all these criteria and you've had a good experience with them.

Response by poster: Why non-aerosol?

- I don't like to breathe in aerosol fumes
- I like the increased control over the volume of output non-aerosol gives me
- I like that you get increased output in general from non-aerosol, as often I find the coverage of aerosol sprays to be too light or too heavy, with little in-between
- Non-aerosol sprays stay wet a little longer than aerosol ones do, so I have more styling time
- The solvents in aerosol sprays always smell a little funky to me, like dry-cleaning

Dove hair spray (aerosol or non-aerosol) works great for me. It is not unscented...but I promise it doesn't smell too much of chemicals- in fact the smell is almost pleasant

Best answer: Consort for Men. Great hold, easy to brush and restyle as needed. Last me all day, and I can do a quick change for evening. I bought it for my husband, and when I had forgotten my on a cruise, I used his and still love it to this day. Will not use anything else.

This sounds like exactly what I'm looking for. I'll check it out—thanks!

Try Amazon.com--they've got a whole load of the CFM products.

Response by poster: Yeah... I'm just wondering if JAD'E gets it at a brick-and-mortar store anywhere locally. That would be more useful to me at this point, since I'm looking to find a new hair spray and make the change ASAP.

Response by poster: Decided to do some more searching on my own; I was sad to find that the responses to this Askville question were much more comprehensive. Perhaps it was the way my question was phrased, as a "want" rather than a "need"?
Anyway, thanks to those of you here who replied with helpful responses.
