Looking for nail polish similar to Chanel Ciel de Nuit. My 10+ year old bottle of Urban Decay Frostbite is on its last legs, and the look-alikes mentioned here have been similarly discontinued.

One of Sally Hansen's less expensive, more youth-orientated lines, Hard as Nails Xtreme Wear, has a color named Deep Sea Blue (apologies for the self-link) you might like.

PRO: under $3 a bottle, deep dark navy, lasts quite long for such a cheap polish, available everywhere (Target and CVS for sure)

CON: it does NOT have sparkles, I'm sorry! Maybe a sparkly topcoat? Hopefully someone will find a better look a like...

Essie's Starry Starry Night has been re-released as a limited edition. I picked up a bottle at Ulta a few days ago.

No Miss has a glitter shade called Navy -- the photo isn't great so I can't tell if it's dark enough for you if that's what you're going for. In the regular nail polishes, there is a color called Davie Denim which looks to be shimmery.

I can definitely recommend the No Miss polishes, but I do wish the website was better.
