Songs from the womb?

I really like the song "Grave's Disease" by Matt Pond PA, because it has a distinct "zhwub-zhwub" rhythm throughout. It's the sound of being inside the womb, listening to a baby's heartbeat. Are there other songs that use this type of sound?

You can hear it a bit on the sample of the song on Amazon.

To be clear, I'm NOT looking for bands that sound like Matt Pond PA (I know most of those already). I am looking for songs that use a womb-like sound. It makes me feel really calm and secure.

Pretty literal answer, but Heartbeat by David Sylvian and Ryuichi Sakamoto is a beautiful song.

Teardrop by Massive Attack sounds like being inside the womb, listening to the mother's heartbeat. If I recall, the music video is of a fetus floating in the womb singing along.

Also, if you are unfamiliar with Massive Attack and the name puts you off, Teardrop is a very soothing song; "Love, love is a word, love is a doing verb..."

argh, that came out switched. Correctly; "Love, love is a verb, love is a doing word... "

This one may be a bit less obvious, but the rhythms in The Way You Dream by Michael Stipe and Asha Bhosle (from the 1 Giant Leap project) give me the feeling you're describing.

There's also another literal song called Heartbeat by Prince.

"Bloom" from the Brian Eno / J. Peter Schwalm album "Drawn from Life" has an interesting heartbeat-like texture. Bonus: you also get Eno and his daughters goofing around in his kitchen.

The Somnambulist by XTC comes to mind.

A lot of Flaming Lips songs have a similar feel, to me. Try "Felt Good to Burn" or "Gingerale Afternoon" from the album Hit To Death In the Future Head.

Svefn G Englar by Sigur Ros (official music video on youtube) feels like being in the womb to me.

First Breath After Coma by Explosions in the Sky (Youtube video of live performance) also hits my primal side (song feels like a heartbeat and closely resembles life)
