How can I force MioMore Desktop to work on a Vista computer?

I know there just has to be a way. I understand that it's not supported, but give me a break. Vista has been out for how long and it's still not supported? Surely someone has figured it out by now.

I've tried Googling it, but to no avail.

Without being able to take a look at the installer, it's tough to say. If it's a Windows Installer (file extension msi) you could edit it using Orca to change the launch conditions. That may let you get it installed, but I seriously doubt it's going to work.
