Where can I find a better than standard Youtube resolution video of Rammstein's Amerika? online?

I've searched, checked the Rammstein sites, and looked at alternate versions on Youtube for the elusive "watch in high quality" link, but no luck.

Using this little hack from Lifehacker gives you a much better MP4 encoded quality video here.
