Disabled Parking & Restaurant combo in London

London, England: Disabled car parking space & Restaurant combo needed near Waterloo station.

I've been asked to arrange a dinner meet at very short notice for Tuesday 17th June, and need a very particular type of set up.
As close as possible to Waterloo station.
A place where a party of 6 can talk business comfortably (although being overhead is not a problem so it doesn't have to be a private room)
One of our number is a bilateral amputee who can walk relatively well on prosthesis but a nearby disabled car parking space would be ideal.
I know I could probably google all this in an hour (I don't have the google-fu of many on here) but work pressure makes it difficult. May I abuse my fellow mefites for once, please?

Best answer: One suggestion is any number of places in or near the Southbank centre such as Skylon.

The do have parking.

The London eye is nearby and lists some other parking options as well.

Skylon is a good suggestion. Otherwise, there's an NCP attached to Waterloo itself and you could go to the Waterloo Brasserie which is opposite the York Road exit. However, the food there is only ok and not on the same level as Skylon.

Some other ideas:

If you're happy to go a little bit further from Waterloo, there's the County Hall Restaurant in the Marriot hotel in County Hall itself - food is good and the feel is business-y. Check, but I think disabled parking should be available right outside the hotel.

Otherwise, there's the lovely RSJ - food is great, double yellow lines outside so can park for 3 (?) hours with a blue badge. The restaurant is upstairs (if that's an issue), and is a little way from Waterloo.

Response by poster: Thanks guys, the Skylon turned out to fit the bill to a T.

Disabled parking in the next-door Hayward Gallery on Belevdere Road for future reference. The main thing was all the participants immediately recognised the name (which I had discarded as it is the same name as a skeevy airport hotel in Dublin so really glad you mentioned it!)
