I get the feeling this one has to be pretty popular, but I know zero about fonts. Thanks in advance!

What The Font says Richmond Bold, with a drop shadow.

Not Richmond. Note the R and E.

Looks more like Neutraface Titling with some itsy bitsy serifs.

This is probably a custom job, even if they based it on a commercially-available font.

Neutraface Titling with itsy bitsy (custom) serifs is exactly what I was coming here to say.

The geometry is wrong for Neutraface. It's humanist in shape, not just in the stress.

It's completely custom. The G, however, does remind me of a particular designer, but the name I can't quite place.

I concur with the custom diagnosis. But there's no reason to believe they didn't start with Neutraface. It's Neutraface Text Bold. The 'M' is an alt.

Here's a link for fire and anyone else outside the US so you can set your own sample and see for yourself. The 'S' was the giveaway.
