Freeware or Shareware escrow software

Are there any freeware or affordable shareware (under $50) programs for Windows I can use to track multiple escrow accounts?

I cannot find something specifically for this purpose, and I am not good enough with Microsoft Access to create something myself. Does anyone know of a solution that costs $50 or less for a small business?

Here's a way to do it with gnucash (gnucash is free software). It sounds simple enough that you should be able to do it with any similar piece of software.

If these escrow accounts are at a modern bank and are NOT a series of escrow payments all lumped into one account, you can probably use yodlee. The yodlee system provides the secure backend for pretty much all internet banking, so giving them password/login info isn't really giving it to someone who doesn't already have it.

Yodlee main site It does budgeting and bill paying and lots of other stuff...and it's free.
