Looking for European map downloads for iPod

So I'm going to France soon, and I won't be spending much time in cities near wi-fi or anything. I have an iPod touch, and I'm looking for some downloadable maps that I can access sans wi-fi when I'm driving through the country side. Any suggestions?

Thanks in advance.

Public transit maps would be cool, too.

If you don't come up with any 'ready-made' solutions, there is always this route. (no pun intended, really.)

Public transport motherlode: iSubwayMaps.com

London, Berlin, Milan, Bilbao, plus a ton of other cities in the US and around the world for when you extend your travels.

Glasgow is missing, which is sad because the Clockwork Orange is the coolest.
