I am planning on going to a concert at the American Airlines center in Dallas, TX and the concert is listed as in the round. What does "in the round" mean?

The stage is in the center, surrounded by seats on all sides. (Last definition here.)

It means that every couple of numbers, Joe Elliot will be left alone onstage while the rest of the band goes under the stage to get sucked off by members of the audience and their mothers.

It also means there's a fairly good chance that you won't be looking at the front of the performer at any given moment. But they'll be closer.

"In the round" means you don't wear any clothing. It's a nude concert.

Surfing the crowd is not especially recommended.

Mostly likely the performer will be moving a round.
Saw Prince like this. The American Airlines Center is a medium size venue.
