Archaeology in the Caucasus

Archaeology in the Caucasus - are there any digs going on or coming up soon?
Any info on contemporary archaeology in the region, please.

I'm in Armenia right now and have seen prep for lots of digs this summer.
Are you looking for professional, student, for fun?

I don't know if he's doing anything this summer, but Adam Smith at the University of Chicago does a lot of archaeological stuff in that part of the world. If you email him, he might be able to give you more information.
