Question: Help me workout for the day!

Workout filter; From time to time, I love to do Crossfit.com 's workout of the day. Any other sites or blogs that feature that? I would prefer workout of the days, that focus of building size/mass but any will do for now. thanks :)

Crossfit's not really geared to build size/mass, you know. If that's what you're interested in, check out t-nation. They don't have workouts of the day but they do have lots of examples of bulking programs if you look around. I think you'll find that people interested in size/mass don't have workouts of the day, they have regular programs they stick to for 6 weeks at a time. Here's one program.

If you want to build size/mass, buy Starting Strength by Mark Rippetoe. Squats, cleans, deadlifts, press, etc. Those will get you huge. (Stop wasting your time with biceps curls and triceps kickbacks.)

I too was going to recommend starting strength, which is actually what a lot of crossfitters will recommend.

However i managed to put on quite a lot of mass by using HST. I used HST to gain size for about 6 months before going over to crossfit as I prefer their style of working out.

Also im sure you are aware but your diet will be very important if you plan to put on mass.

Second T-Nation.

I would also reiterate the question: what do you really want to achieve?

Do you want to get muscular? Do you want to concentrate on getting stronger? Do you want to be more athletic? etc..

Those questions are what would guide you to the type of training you plan on doing.
