Job Interview help for a DVD menu position, what are the essentials I need to know?

The position is not a design or DVD authoring position, it handles regionalization using 'regionalization tools'. The job description didn't list any extensive experience, mostly asked for interpersonal type of skills (attention to detail, motivated, etc). Technical requirements only lists Adobe CS Suite. I'm suprised there's no software/technology requirements (They list DVD production as 'desirable')

So I am guessing either this position is low-level and more about production than skills. But it does pay in the 50-60k range so I don't know if it's more complex than it sounds? I know regionalization is basically making sure the menus function in multi languages, I'm familiar with it and seen really simple software that's incredibly easy to use.

Am I missing something here? Anyone know exactly what this position is and can tell me if it's the 'janitors' of the multimedia job world? =) Thanks.

About three years ago, I talked to a guy who did DVD menus, and he said the main thing they use is Photoshop. Yes, it surprised me too.
