Infopath 2003 - Printing a cascading list

Infopath 2003 - How can I get the items in a cascading list box to appear when I print the form.
I've created a cascading list box pulling the info from an XML per the office help instructions. Works great, everything appears on the screen, but when I print it, the cascaded list box is totally empty. Any suggestions on how to fix this issue?
