In my experience, Champion is the value priced Giant dealer in the area. American Bicycle is the big Trek dealer. They both have stores in the Beaches and Mandarin areas. You may not get to try both Trek and Giant models at the same dealer, but you can certainly do it fairly conveniently. posted by paulsc at 1:21 PM on May 21, 2008
Trek has a reputation of bullying stores into only carrying Trek brands (Trek, Lemond, gary Fisher, and a few others), so it may be really hard to test ride a Giant and a Trek at the same store anywhere in the US. posted by advicepig at 5:48 PM on May 21, 2008
