Minnetonka moccasins in Toronto?

Has anyone seen Minnetonka moccasins for sale in Toronto - specifically the Kilty suede moc?

My google-fu fails me: I can't find any retailers in this city and the seemingly obvious choice, SoftMoc, doesn't carry Minnetonkas. Online stores are an option but my last resort since shipping charges + duties tend to transform an affordable pair of shoes into something that is significantly less so (I'm looking at you Zappos Canada!)
