Cannot find "Creative Suite Color Settings" under edit in Bridge.

I'm trying to set my color setting across all my CS3 software and been following directions from a tutorial but I can't find the "Creative Suite Color Settings" under edit in Bridge. Anyone know another way around it?

I had this problem occur when I was on PC and didn't have Admin rights. Once those were granted, the color settings returned to the menu.
