Looking for spaceship-themed immune system video

I remember seeing this really cool spaceship-themed immune system video in school about 7 years ago. I don't remember the name, but I'd love to find it and watch it again. Does anyone know what I'm talking about?

It wasn't Osmosis Jones was it? Or was it more informative than that?

Not really spaceshippy, but about the immune system, and came out 7 years ago. . .

Response by poster: Hmmm... no, it wasn't Osmosis Jones or Magic School Bus. (But I do miss Magic School Bus!)

Maybe spaceshippy was the wrong way to put it. The setting was a pitch black background, though, and all the leukocytes/white blood cells were metallic/machiney. I remember neutrophils had mouths these sharp teeth, and you could see their mouths were full after they ate too many bacteria.

Overall, it was a really laughable animation at the time, but I think it does a good job of helping you remember what's happening in the immune system.

Is it Inner Space? It's more than 20 years old but I think it fits the bill.

Did have some guy with a long white beard?

You are not talking about the totally awesome Il était une fois... la vie. Thats the one with the guy in the long white beard.

The prequel show where they battle in space is something I remember as the coolest cartoon
I've ever seen as a kid.

Best answer: For future Googlers - I've managed to track down the product. It was part of a NOVA series entitled "The Universe Within" (1992). Unfortunately, from the comments on Amazon, it seems that the sold version does not contain the immune system segment - which is a little problematic for me.
