Where can I find a picture of a guy with a desktop strapped to his back and a monitor around his front?

A long time ago, I remember seeing a picture on the internet of someone with a desktop strapped to their back and a monitor set up in front of them so they could walk around and play computer games (or something to that effect). However, my Google-Fu is failing me. Anyone want to take a whack at this one?
