Japanese makeup/fashion in NYC?

What's a good place to buy Japanese cosmetics and/or fashion magazines (such as ViVi) in NYC? Or online?

A good place to buy any Japanese publications in NYC is Kinokuniya.

Yeah, Kinokuniya has the best section. But if you're not in Midtown, JASmart on St. Marks (between 2nd and 3rd) and Sunrise Mart at 9th and 3rd Ave (@ Stuyvesant) both have small magazine sections with women's beauty mags.

You might want to call ahead, but I believe that Book-Off has Japanese magazines.
