Where can I find a Barbie cake in Seattle? It would have to be a place that could make it by tomorrow....

I believe I've seen them in the cake book at Central Market. Give them a call: (206) 366-9985.

They are pretty easy to make. Just bake the cake in a stainless steel mixing bowl. Shove the Barbie down in the middle and use a lot of icing.

I'm not in Seattle, but I have seen these in local Cincinnati Supermarket's bakeries so the availability might be broader than you think.

Actually, I would use a glass mixing bowl, not a stainless steel one. And you can buy just the top half of Barbie from any place that has cake decorating tools and supplies.

But if you don't want to go to the trouble, most grocery stores will make Barbie cakes with no problem. To have it by tomorrow, order SOON!
