Browser-Sharing Software

I'm looking for a good tool to share a web session with some clients (e.g. I click through a site, they watch me do it from their computer). I know about WebEx, but it seems like overkill for my needs. Is there anything simpler/more straightforward?

It's not exactly co-browsing, but have you considered using a VNC session in Listen Mode?
