Best Cookie Dough?

What's the best cookie dough for a school fundraiser?

My wife is organizing a cookie dough fund raiser for her Pep Band. Much to my surprise, there are a lot of companies that offer fundraising-specific cookie dough. Does anyone have any recommendations on which is the best?

Whichever one you use, use a company that sells the dough in a box of little pre moulded "wads" and not the big tubs of dough. It is way too difficult to try and just break off a little of the frozen dough in the tubs if you only need to bake a few cookies. I always ended up throwing it away and then didn't buy the next time. My area bands have started selling a kind that has wads and all my neighbors are buying. I don't know the brand, sorry! Great cookies and you can either bake the whole box or just 2 or 3 at a time. Good luck!

Make it from scratch. I'm not sure how these things are usually run, and whether this is a realistic suggestion, but homemade > mix.

I loved my bucket of Otis Spunkmeyer's that I picked up from a co-worker's kid.

Seconding the "get the precuts, not the tubs" thing. It takes hours for the tubs to thaw out enough to even start scooping.

Sadly, I can't recall the brand that I like either. Dammit. (Also, I am not home to check what's in my fridge.)
