How can I force my Tangent Quattro radio to reload Reciva's listings?

I have a Tangent Quattro wifi radio, and use it mostly to listen to BBC7's "On Demand" programing. The radio doesn't reload the program listings on its own, and so the listings it shows are out-of-date.

The only way to force it to reload the listings is to unplug it and plug it back in, which makes it call the Reciva mothership. There must be a better way.

Suggestions?

(I've already asked on reciva.com, but the answers didn't solve my problem. Tangent is no help.)

Selecting the radio's language setting again causes a network reset on my (different) Reciva radio.
