Another plant identification question.

Can you identify this shrub?

I saw it last January in the Japanese Tea Garden at Golden Gate Park. It was somewhere between 4-6 feet tall, as far as I can recall. The multicolored berries(?) were growing in groups of three, and leaves were emerging from some of the larger ones.

I've done a lot of googling, but to no avail.

Best answer: It's a Japanese Yew.

Here is a photo showing the berries. We have these in New Orleans, they can grow 60 feet tall

Just out of interest, kiripin, did you read the title of the Flickr image you linked to? Or were you looking for a second opinion?
