Question: window replacement for renters

Need to replace a broken window - I have a barcode (kinda) but no manufacturer :(. So I broke a window. dumb. Luckily its a sliding-sash style window so I should only have to replace the sash. I have NO idea where these windows are from or who made them, but they're from '03 so I'm hoping I can just buy a replacement sash (and not a whole set that would require ripping out the existing one). The only identifying information are these two stickers, one from each sash. I can't seem to find any manufacturer or brand names on them. Any combination of those numbers in quotes turns up nil on google, and my cuecat can't read the barcodes :(.

Any window guys out there recognize these labels or part numbers as particular to a certain manufacturer?

My suggestion would be to peel off the stickers and then take a trip to your local hardware stores and home improvement stores, and ask at the customer service desk if it's their label. What you've got isn't just a barcode, it's a store's pricing/inventory label. Every store has a distinctive labeling system, so if it's from a local store, you should be able to find out pretty quickly. Good luck!

Unless they are those special double-paned, gas-insulated windows, you should be able to take it to your local glass shop and have the glass replaced. Bring in the sash so they can measure it.

I was a cost-conscious landlord once, and this is what I always did when windows got broken.
Darn - they are double paned. This sounds like an awesome option, but I assume that if I did this the sash would develop that ugly internal condensation problem no?

a little bit of a longshot....

Go to Home Depot and Lowes and compare the sticker to the ones on the replacement windows they stock. This looks like a sticker commonly found on windows they would sell
There would likely be condensation and frost in the winter.

I would take the sash to a shop that specializes in windows (i.e. not home depot or other big boxes). They will likely have the experience/skill needed to identify and select a replacement for you.
