Is there a Flickr uploader for Windows XP with automatic retry?

I've been using the new Flickr Uploader v3.0.5 (and just recently downloaded the beta of v3.1) and during an upload the connection will often fail (BONK! message). I don't mind this so much, nor am I interested in figuring out if it is my connection, Flickr's servers, etc. - except that the uploader does not automatically retry the upload, I have to manually click "retry" when it fails.

At first I thought I could try and hack the program since the source code is available but after reading the README that sounds like too much work. Is there a uploader for Windows that has this feature? I'm pretty sure its not in v2.5, v3.0.5, v3.1, and jUploadr.

I don't mind even a perl-script that I run from a directory, I just want it to constantly retry until all the images are uploaded without duplicates. I'm running Windows XP but am fairly computer savvy, I can also use cygwin if that helps.

If it logs to a file, you could use smething like AutoIT to click retry for you.
