What IM client makes this sound?

I'm trying to identify a glitch that's in the leak of Portishead's album Third. On track 5, about 2:14 into the track you hear a strange sound. It sounds a lot like an IM client's new message alert, but I'm not positive. I don't think it belongs in the music, it's way out of context. You can hear the whole track here.

That's the camera click sound in OSX, when taking a screen capture.

I take it back, it's not, though it sounds somewhat like it (I missed that weird dog-yelp part on your sample).

Still haven't identified the sound, but it's in the official CD release of Portishead too. So if it's a mistake it was made in the official production pipeline.
