Question: I need a computer program made.

Is there a site where I can find someone to make me a computer program or small script? Basically I want a small program / script made and would be willing to pay for it to be done. How can I go about finding someone to do it on the internet? I think it's pretty easy to do and I don't want to pay a huge amount for it.
