What are the best online publications for submitting articles about web design and project management? I've been doing web design, development, art direction and client relations for about ten years, but due to a bit of shyness, have only been blogging about these issues recently. I was an English major years ago and am excited to be rediscovering my love for writing, esp in the technical realm.

Anyway, I'd like to get greater exposure by either guest-blogging or submitting articles -- any suggestions?
