Does anyone know anything about this picture?

My roommate got this picture via SMS and we think it's hilarious. We'd like to find a higher-res version of it... but we spent hours looking onine and can't find it anywhere. Google has failed me.

Does anybody know anything about this picture?

Best answer: I believe that is the character named "Porterhouse" from Caddyshack.
