Becoming an authorized Hino Trucks dealer/distributor in Europe

What are the necessary steps toward becoming an authorized Hino dealer in Romania?

I'm interested more in the general steps of opening a new and used car/truck dealership in an European country which is also a member if the EU.

How much of an initial investment is it necessary, what licenses etc are required. What are the requirements for becoming a succesful dealership?

Any European car dealers with useful info about he matter, please chime in.

Since 2002, Hino has been working with Scania, in the EU. That's actually been going pretty well. So, you might get in touch with Scania Romania, and let them know of your interest.
