Can anyone recomend a good therapist in Portland Maine?

I'm looking for a good therapist in Portland Maine. The issues I'm dealing with are Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (both disturbing thoughts and inability to control my thinking), relationship issues (I'm having a hard time trusting anyone these days and also have a hard time believing anyone would think me attractive). There's others but those two are big. I'm open to CBT therapists. I have no insurance but my parents are offering to foot the bill on this one (thank god).
